Power Plate Classes

Classes are 30 minutes and include stretch, workout, and recovery. With a maximum of 6 participants, sessions follow a structured program designed for an efficient and balanced group experience. To ensure the best flow for everyone, participants should be able to complete workouts with minimal modification. Classes are best suited for those who enjoy a guided workout in a small group setting. If you’re looking for a more personalized approach or require specific accommodations, private training is recommended.
Power Plate
Private Training

Sessions are available in 30 or 60-minute formats and include stretching, workout, and will finish with a short massage with a Power Plate Pulse massage gun by your trainer. Private training is fully customized to your individual goals, fitness level, and needs, allowing you to choose the style and focus of your training in a one-on-one setting.
Clients have access to a full range of training tools and methods, including strength training, balance work, flexibility training, and injury-informed movement. Depending on your goals and session plan, additional modalities such as pole and aerial silk may also be incorporated.
Private training is ideal for those seeking individualized programming, focused attention, and the flexibility to train in a way that best supports their personal goals.
BEMER
Therapy

BEMER sessions are 8 or 10 minutes in length and take place in a private, low-light setting designed to promote relaxation. This passive experience uses PEMF technology to support circulation and recovery while you rest. Ideal for those looking to recharge, reduce fatigue, or complement their training with dedicated recovery time.
